Well. So much for painting it all sounded so smooth last week. The previous homeowner really put some holes in the walls, fortunately I am an expert at repairing holes in the walls, but some of the holes took 4 attempts. THAT SUCKS!!!! I am finally ready to paint and not a day too soon. The Hubby has to put the floor in this weekend.
I made healthy muffins yesterday and they are not to bad. I think our oven heats higher than the front says so I am going to get an oven thermometer to see what is going on in there!!!
My Kindle broke so Amazon is sending me a new one. The screen is messed up. I have no idea how it happened, but thanks to consumer sites it appears I am not alone in this and it has happened to many many people.
I made Shepherds pie for dinner last night, the first time ever, and it was so yummy. I was thrilled and there are leftovers for tomorrow night. Tonight I am making pork chops.
Also great news!! My boyfriend, George, has recovered from his very serious bout with pneumonia and will be back on tour in September. I do hope he comes to the US as I would be beyond thrilled to see him again.
Well not much else to report. Cleaning and Painting in full effect here. Getting ready for the summer, that has arrived well early this year!!!
