It's The Final Countdown....

Hee Hee Hee!!!! I am counting down. There is less than a month until we sign this house over to someone else! Did anyone think this day would come?  I only have 7 days off left, now I am scared as I look around there is so much to do.  I know I have been talking about us packing and storing for over a year now, but oh my goodness now its down to the nitty gritty what can we do without in these waning weeks and what do we need.  Fortunately my in-laws gave me a wonderful laptop bag for Christmas 2 years and it fits all my gadget stuff that I need to operate!! Hubby said "you have all your toys" well boo hoo just because I am organized doesn't mean you have to be all mean about it!!! Ha Ha Ha!!!!

In other news... Did everyone see the Super Moon Saturday Night it was so amazing and HUGE!  Hubby took some amazing photos of it.  I was a little scared though because I sleep under a skylight and usually  when the moon is full and bright it is right over the window, but thankfully it was really low in the sky and did not keep me up all night.... I had cable TV for that!!!! Ha Ha Ha.

Last night I attended an Employee event for my work and had the best fun! It was very exciting, positive and intoxicating with team ethics, prizes and announcements.  I worked with a Co-worker to create a spirit board and we represented every department equally on the board and displayed what we are all about.  It is so important as we are now in the dreaded 100 days of spring when our stores are at there busiest.  You know after hibernation from a cold winters nap and everyone wants to be out in the garden and fix up the house for summer.  We have a lot of new associates and I think that the spring kickoff event showed them what our store is about, plus our store had a lot to celebrate because of last years success that we need to build on.

All in all a very successful week (and a half) Oops!  As for the new house, we have put an offer in on one and are waiting hear if it has been accepted (fingers are crossed) In the interim we are going to stay at with my Mum until we can move into our new home!  New adventures are beginning!
