So what has ended?
Well we are in the process of selling the house and are just waiting on settlement day to turn the keys over to the new owners.
I paid off my car today! YAY 5 years is gone already! so that is one less bill to move with us!! I am so excited about paying off the car it is a milestone and good for the credit report!
I am getting rid of clothing that I have not worn in a long time, I do not want to move on with it! - plus let's face it we keep what we think might fit us again and as I may well fit in it again it is hardly in style so bye bye old clothes!
Headaches! - The headache from giving up soda has finally subsided. I can tell you that it has taken the better part of 2 weeks to go away, but today was the first day I woke up and didn't feel the temptation to have a Pepsi. It has been 3 weeks today that I gave up Soda and I want to give a shout out to my local Giant food for stocking Ribena as it has helped me get through. In giving up Soda and drinking just water and lemonade and the occasional Ribena if I need a sweetened drink I can honestly say that water tastes much better. I also have been drinking milk more voluntarily and that is something for me as the smell of milk used to make me feel sick.
So What is beginning?
New home - Words cannot express how exciting I am becoming about this event. The more I think about it the more excited I am getting. Waiting to find out about the New house is starting to become a chore to wait. We did have a slight development this week with the Seller signing off on our contract, but with the Seller going through the short sale process we are now waiting on the sellers bank to approve our contract and I can report that the Bank has ordered an appraisal on the property and from what I am told it is positive progress and we should have an answer within the next 10 days! so waiting and being cautiously optimistic!
Adventures, The Hubby and I can go on adventures again and have day trips and not worry about being close so we can remove the dogs from the house. So much of everything we like to do was effected by the fact we were selling the house.
I am posting twice today so please read both posts today
