The last 2 months...

So after we got back from vacation our determination to sell our house and move went into full effect! We got a storage place and have started to move out... :-( that makes me a little sad because I like our house, but I agree that it is time to go and find something a little bigger that has a garage and a bit more yard for the dogs. That being said I do not like how long it is taking to get there. One of our dearest friends has been fantastic and has once again agreed to be our mortgage broker and so we are set to go. We have a Realtor and have started looking at properties. Due to the market we are probably going to have to sell our house first and I think we are about 3 weeks away from listing it so things are moving just not as fast as I would like.

Also on top of that Christmas is coming and I do love Christmas except for the pine cones at work we have decorative pine cones that we sell for the holiday and they stink and make me cough everyday I take a deep breath and walk by them so I don't even have to breathe while I walk by. Thanksgiving is next week and I believe we are going to my Aunts house. I hope she wants me to bring a dish I love contributing I think that it makes the holiday more special. Then Friday is when all the Christmas sales start. Our store opens at 6am that day, but I think I still get to go in at 7am . Then I work the whole holiday shopping weekend but at least the days will go by quickly.... I hope. I have to say I am almost done Christmas shopping what with moving and everything I wanted that done and over with so I could concentrate on moving.

Last Sunday Hubby cooked a standing rib roast and my Mum came for dinner and it was delicious and we had brussell sprouts, I love brussell sprouts and now the market sells them right on the stalk and they cooked to perfection and just melted in my mouth. We also had gravy (mmm what good British girl doesn't love her gravy?) and mashed potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. wow now I am hungry again!!
