So I am off all week and the Hubby was off yesterday for the observation of the holiday and we drove up to the computer store to obtain more items for the super computer. I have no idea what all the language means, but I did get to pick the disc drive. While we were there 2 guys, nerds if you will, walked near me and were ogling an empty computer tower. I was disturbed. I overhead part of their conversation and it went like this:
Nerd 1: There it is...
Nerd 2: Oh my goodness...
Nerd 1: I know...
Nerd 2: We could get in so much trouble here...
Nerd 1: I will get this...
Nerd 2: it lights up...
Nerd 1: I know...
at this point I turned and and mouth to Hubby: O M G! with big wide eyes! I was slightly disturbed. After Hubby got the memory he wanted and the computer tower case he wanted and no he didn't opt for the nerds obsession, I was quite relieved about that! I wanted to find a charging station for the house what with all the gadgets we have acquired in recent years and have one spot, but alas we could not find one. It was good to be productive and get Hubby's items though. Then we came home and had lunch and took the dogs out for a walk up and down the street. Lili did not want to come up the driveway, she just loves being out and about!
This morning I am home alone and already I have done my laundry and hung the valance curtains in the guest room all by myself. I am so thrilled. I just love it when things get done. The house is not really messy at all and I just have some light dusting to do. Hubby already told me that we should eat leftovers today so I do not even have to make dinner. This is the best Staycation vacation ever :) I have even managed to watch all my DVR'd shows. So now what? I think I may go up in the bonus room and go through the stuff on the table up there and that will be one more thing done!
