Monday Night Bake Off

Well I had to work 10 - 7 on Monday and when I got home I wanted to make the Hubby homemade macaroni and cheese, because we are trying to not eat out of the "box"  and because I was really hungry and I was trying to avoid that with my cup of soup I felt that making the macaroni and cheese would help curtail eating junk as it would give me something to do.  So as I begun with grating the cheeses I was soon able to find Pepper at my feet waiting very impatiently for some cheese to make its way down to her level!  Of course some did!!!!  Anyway about 30 minutes later I had the result I wanted and the house smelled so much better!

It looks simply wonderful and now The Hubby does not have to eat out of the blue box!!!!

After that I was inspired and decided to go ahead and make bread pudding, after all I had a loaf of challah bread and what else was I going to do with that?  So it began and then once again I was joined by Pepper in the kitchen, this time she is not so lucky!  The process for this bread pudding was quite the undertaking and although it was alot more work than other bread puddings I have made in the past, it was by far the best bread pudding I have ever made and tasted.  I cannot even begin to tell you how happy this bread pudding made me feel.  WOW!!!!

Look at it, don't you just want to dive in!!!  HA HA HA.......

Well that is all I wanted to share today, so nice of me huh!!!!!!!?

until next post!
