Back to the Real World

Well the staycation ended and I have been back to work for a week now!  It's all good though and I had a really good week at work.  The lighting man came and replaced all the burned out light bulbs in the ceiling fixtures in my area and it really made a difference.  I also had a very successful sales week so YAY!!!

Our culinary adventures continue and today I am excited to tell you that I am going to make a bread pudding.  I made one years ago when we lived in the townhouse, but this one is in Hubby's test kitchen cookbook and on the TV show it looked delicious!!! We are also having a Sunday Roast Dinner.  I am so excited!! 

The Wogadogs have had a week of adjustment since I was home all week last week and I think that they miss me, even Pepper who has started answering to the name Dave!, HA HA HA  I got them some new toys from the pet store and with in 5 minutes Buddy was sitting on all 4 of them.  He is such a toy hog!  Buddy and the Hubby have headed off to the trash dump.

Today The Ravens take on the Texans for the playoffs.  This is the Ravens first ever Playoff home game and Baltimore has been tagged all over with the Ravens logo.  I bet the excitement is just wonderful!  Hopefully we get the win and will take on The Patriots next week for the AFC Championship. We will see.

More exciting than that is Baseball there is only 37 more days until Pitchers and catchers report for Spring Training.  I love Baseball and the Hot Dogs at the ballpark so I can't wait for that!!!  Lets hope the Orioles are better this year!

So because it is so cold and because I am just enjoying living here in the new house there has not been much progress as far as painting goes and that is because I have decided that I don't like the pedestal sink in the powder room and I have found a nice vanity cabinet, mirror and above the toilet cabinet, but I am not ready to buy those yet.  So I do not see the point of painting and then replacing stuff only to have to potentially do touch up work so as long as I can be patient I will wait!!!!

Well that is all that I have for you this week I am back to work and so there are not too many adventures to be had, but then again you never know........
