Construction is over, finish work just beginning!

Well if I didn't live here I would never believe how quickly this all came together, but true to his word Hubby has finished construction and on Friday we hung drywall!!! All that needs to happen now is... The drywall needs to be taped and spackled, the ceiling needs to be painted, the walls need to be painted, the last ceiling fan needs to come down and a nice light fixture needs to go up. Everything in boxes needs to be unpacked and put back out on display and then we can look at new furniture!!! WOW!! I know!!!

In lieu of all that I ordered for myself a whipped cream maker, Yes I am nearly done collecting kitchen appliances and gadgets, you know your nearly done if you are in fact buying whipped cream makers!!!! But just think how good will those mudslides taste with fresh whipped cream!!!!!!!! Yummy Yummy OMG!!!

So other than all of that Hubby had visitors Saturday evening and so they decided to build a fire in the fire pit and I went to bed having to be up early Sunday morning to go to work. Yes I am so dedicated to my work... Yuck So you probably figured out that I have not won the Lottery yet. I did win like $11 dollars two weeks ago and thought I was on the way, but I have hit a dry spell!!! Better luck next drawing!!!

So in other news, miracle of miracles, The Orioles managed to sign Nick Markakis thru the 2014 season, So hopefully we can do something, Wouldn't it just be so awesome if the Yankees finished in last place!!! HA HA HA a girl can dream!!!! The Wizards lost again, but what else is new, and The Capitals are on a break! Of course the Ravens season is over, but for a team that was projected at 5-11 it turned out not too shabby, so here's to the future, even though Rex left to coach the J-E-T-S, I think we can do well. And even though I may get hate blogs Duke beat the Terps by 41 points yowzer!! GO BLUE DEVILS!!!!!! Is any one watching the Australian Open? I know Directv has excellent coverage and I just love, love, love the mix channel. Who knew I could follow six matches at once!!! Go Andy!!!
