Its a sailors life for me......

It is really not a Sailors life for me, but I had to name this blog entry something!!!! HA HA HA

So I am back on the soda, but very limited and I have switched brands (EEK EGADS!) I know terrible as it may sound not only am I drinking it again I am also trying to get the world to sing in harmony. (out of respect for the family I wont name the brand but it rhymes with poke)  I must say I have lost the taste for it and can barely mange to finish a 12 ounce can.  I think it just is inner rebellion.

SHHH I am meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow and since i will be in the area, it wouldn't hurt to pay a visit to Williams and Sonoma would it? I mean really what could happen?  (Okay I could buy something, but with the pantry nearing completion what does it matter!!!)

The Football lockout is finally over and football is upon us.  The Ravens start their pre season on Thursday evening.  I suppose we will watch it, since the Orioles are a major catastrophe! Only one word can sum up this Orioles season and that word is: AGAIN!

I did manage to pick up some half pint jars at the store and I located all my canning gear so salsa it is!  I am excited to give it a go.  I think that next year once our garden is going the grocery bill will  almost disappear!!! Yay for living off the land!

I have to finish painting the base cabinet for the pantry and then it can be installed!  YAY to organization.  I am getting really excited about the pantry.  I am going to make my own bread again too!  All things to look forward too!!!

Well things are progressing very domestically here so I am off to dust!!  til next post......
