When I'm Right, I'm Right...

... Not very often, but it does happen. The key, I have found, is to not let the people or person know it, inside they know already, also don't say things like "told you so" even if it is killing you inside just don't say it!

Where is this coming from you ask? Of course I'll tell you, I tell you almost everything!

So we, Hubby and I, are on a quest for water shoes. Water shoes are so you can walk in the water without having to worry about stepping on things that could potentially hurt you or cause you to lose an appendage for what ever reason. ANYWAY I suggested we hit the Bass Pro Shop, due to its relevance to all things water. Of course almost instantaneously my suggestion was shot down, down to the ground with no CPR. Turn to last night. Someone, Hubby, very quietly said: "I think that store you mentioned is a good place to go look and the mall also has a lot of options if there are no shoes at the Bass Pro Shop" (SCREEEECH) I nearly couldn't eat my hot dog the gloat inside was filling me so rapidly that quickly I shoved another bite of food in my mouth to stop the inevitable "told you so" on the inside though my brain said "I win!" He even offered up going in a mall and I didn't even have to ask. Quickly after dinner I felt his head to make sure there was no fever and nope no fever we, Hubby and I, are going to a mall at his suggestion. So maybe people can change, briefly!

So this morning, around 7:30am, Hubby said "what time does it open?" like I know when all the malls open, yeah right, but for the record I guessed 10am and I was right again! He said well I want to get going early. So I hopped up, got in the shower, got dressed came down the stairs, guess who was drinking his coffee like we had all day... Yep Hubby! So he finally got in the shower and we are close to leaving on our trek for water shoes and maybe some new clothes we'll see Hubby shops like this if he immediately has success in finding what he is looking for then he will build up a shopping confidence and continue to shop, but the down side is if he cannot find something in the 1st or 2nd store then he gets discouraged and the shopping is over before it begins, I just heard the shower turn off, I better get these dogs rounded up so we can leave....

to be continued...
