Stuffed... A Christmas Story...

Well Christmas started on Christmas Eve around 7:10 when Hurricane Sister breezed through the door bearing gifts!!! We are at my Mum's for our Christmas Eve dinner and presents exchange, and we ate and ate and ate. A proper English dinner with crackers and everything!!! It was fun and filling and then fun again! Mum and Sister got me some great gifts that I will get good use out of and, I hope, they liked what they got from me, and when I say me I mean Wii, I mean We!!!

After we left My Mum's we came home and presented each other with our gifts, very nice indeedy, and then we went to bed. Or so I thought I was going to bed. Unfortunately Daisy and Lili thought it best that I sit up all night and yell at them whilst they were digging up the front yard. Obviously in search of something that has had the audacity to bury itself in my yard. Anyway I did finally go bed around 6ish only to be awoken by Hubby as I had overslept and we were going to be late for breakfast at his parents house. And yes, we were late. We did have a lovely breakfast and gift exchange around their tree and then it was off to Hubby's cousins house for lunch and to see everyone that we only really see once a year at this time!

When we were done there we headed down to my Aunts for yet another gift exchange with the rest of my family and we had the 3 'C's cake and cookies and candy. It really wouldn't be Christmas without the 3 C's now would it?!!!!

So as far as the Christmas Miracles go we were unable to detain the services of Mr Texiera, he elected to sign with Moneybags and so we now aspire to be the Ray's of 08, but in '09.... Yeah no hope!! At least there is floppy hat night to look forward to!!! The Wizards are still sitting at 4 wins and the Ravens are the silver lining on the dark cloud of what I call local sports! ...Hubbys is also rooting for the Caps, as we have taken on a new sport to level out the bad jou jou!!!!

***REMEMBER*** To get the whole house cleaned for the New Year!!! It brings on good things to leave the cobwebs in the past! That is what I am going to be doing!!! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN...

...Til next post...
