Well last week, as I said, My Mum and myself went a Christmas Shopping and we had a nice day out, even if it was in Waldorf. My Mother really didn't say anything or do anything silly, well she sort of did, nothing seems to come up to the standard of the Madonna stamps as she has set a new bar of goofiness, but the first crazy comment was when we walked past the Santa Chair in all its mall glory and she told me it looked Christmassy and the other when we stopped at the bank for her to retrieve some money from the hole in the wall as she calls it. Upon exiting the car she looked around and said cover me and look out for robbers!! I love my Mum so much and she will tell me I am a naughty girl for sharing this, but how can I not?!!!
So today I am taking My Mum to the Post office to mail our Christmas cards, look out for yours!!! and then we are going to pick up my Aunt and head out for another nice day!!! We are going to view the Homestead Gardens Christmas Shoppe and then possibly onto Annapolis to the new Target to be nosey and see if we can complete our Christmas shopping.
I did put up my Christmas tree much to Hubby's Chagrin and Bah Humbugging, but he gets to live there he needs to just deal with it!!! I did also manage to creep a light Christmas down in the basement, which I need to remember to get an extension cord so all the houses light up!!! My Tree looks like a department store tree... Very Nice... Oh speaking of we were at Macy's last week and they had a tree decorated in there that was a white tree that was covered in pink and black poodles... stuffed animal poodles.... Go to a Macy's near you and check it out, I am sure it was a corporate directive as it is just so weird looking.
So I am actually at my Mothers waiting for her, as she is running late, as usual, and had time to post. I think she is ready now so we must be off!!!!!
