My first NBA Game

Last night we went to the Wizards opening night, the team lost, but I had fun and although I could not find my Roast Beef Sandwich that I had been dreaming about, guess I'll go to a hockey game, I did have a wonderful BBQ beef sandwich. And I got a rally monkey. It is so cute! Hubby had fun, it was a lot mellower than we both had expected, Baseball fans based off of this experience, are a lot meaner!!!!

Tomorrow is Halloween and this year I only bought the candy that we like to eat. We do not get a lot of kids to our house, I think it must be the dogs, and I really do not like milk duds! so we are only passing out Kit Kats and Reeses.

So we were going to buy a Blu-ray DVD player, we did our homework, we went to Best Buy and the sales guy talked us out of it, he said if you have a PS3 you do not need one. The PS3 does just as good a job as the players. So we bought a bunch of movies instead. So that was nice of the guy as we didn't know. Of course he lost a sale, but we will go and get more movies.

So while we were in Best Buy I looked at the PS3 games and noticed that they are very boy based. There are not many games geared toward girls and that makes me mad. I think that's why I like Nintendo so much, there are a lot of appealing games for me. Of course most of you think I am nuts and that maybe so, but I like to play video games!!!!!!

So after the big OktoBEERfest that Hubby announced the morning after that, and I quote, "I am not doing anything for a month" last night coming home in the car Hubby announced "I know I said I wasn't going to do anything for a month, but that's unrealistic" SO who knows what state my house will end up in before the end of the weekend. I have been impressed. Its nearly been 2 weeks and nothing, NOTHING!, has been put on my dining table. I guess I was hoping!!!! WAH WAH WAH!!!
