Hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th! It did rain. As usual I got soaked crossing the parking lot from work to my car! The rain was massive and quite scary when I was crossing the bridge the wind just blew the cars so hard I was wishing I could just blink like a genie my way over.
Hubby was off on the 4th and did some more landscaping in the yard it is really looking beautiful. I love the sweeping motion of the flower bed he cut... It is very attractive. we still have a lot of mulch in the driveway though so hopefully he can work on it more next weekend. Since the ground was so wet and just too muddy to do anything I got all my laundry done Sunday, Did anyone see the Wimbledon Final it was fantastic one of the very best ones ever I am sure. Poor Roger, but that keeps him 2 back from Pete so in the end its cool!
Tuesday marks 3 weeks til George, I got in the car the other day and one of his songs was playing, I love it when that happens! It really just brightens my day. Hubby and Looby laugh at my George concert, but they themselves are catching 80's Pop or Rock icons and lets just say at least mine is still filling an arena, not a post or pavilion!!! If you know what I mean!!!
So as I said previously my Sister was coming for the Holiday weekend, which she did, She also twisted my arm to cook her breakfast which of course I did (sucker!) No really it was fun she stayed for short while before leaving to go back home and also do some laundry and cleaning (over achiever!). I have some new TV shows that I am currently watching and next time I will fill you all in on those, maybe we can discuss!
